Forgiveness is not something we do for other people.
We must do it for ourselves.
We must forgive so that we can heal, to overcome and to be able to move on in our life.
Some people feel that a person or circumstance may have come into their life and ruined them in some way.That this person or circumstance has ruin them in a way in which they feel they are paralyzed and cannot go on about what they may have previously wanted to achieve in their life.
However, some people will feel that even though a person or circumstance may have impacted their life in a negative way, they will still maintain control of themselves and stay focused on what they wish to achieve in their life. They do not allow this one particular person or circumstance to rob them of their goals they have set for themselves.
As with many things that you may set out to do in life, not all will have the desired outcome you wish to have. You should not let this setback taint your overall desire to do and become better in your life.
IF there happens to be an outside source that may have contributed to your setback, you must find it within yourself to overcome any hard feelings towards certain people or circumstances and overcome any feelings of despair and move on. Otherwise you will never get anywhere in life.
